The park is half way between Sutton on Sea in the North, and Skegness/ Ingoldmells in the south, and 20 minutes drive to Alford. This is a historic market town to the West at the start of the Wolds. Anderby Springs is a mere 20 mins drive from Skegness and 15 mins drive to Mablethorpe.

The Park adjoins the Creek with its Nature Reserve and there is easy access to the Beach.
