We have the largest beach frontage in Lincolnshire; over a quarter of a mile our eastern boundary is adjacent to the promenade and beach. Our private park is for owner occupiers and their relatives. A mere 10 minutes walk on the promenade to the traditional town of Sutton on Sea. 30 minutes drive to Skegness or catch a bus at our entrance

The Estate has its own club the ‘Seagull’ with regular entertainment in  a Family atmosphere. A 7 day reception with staff able to give help,assistance and advice.

Broadband connection is available throughout the Estate and there is no charge to our guests.

A long holiday season from 1st March to 5th January for those who want to get away off season. The estate is a  for owner occupiers and relatives to guarantee your privacy. The park is served by a large sales ground of all types of Leisure homes that has a reputation of being extremely competitive.

2010 Tariff

Annual Occupancy Fee for 2010 is £1,910.00 per season
Excess charge of units over 420 sq ft including verandahs is £1.50 per sq ft

Electricity, LPG, water, rates are charged separately.
