Introduction
Situated beside our 7 acre fishing lake, this quiet peaceful park with Sutton on Sea a short distance away and very close to the beautiful coast and Wolds of Lincolnshire, Lakeside Springs Leisure Park is ideal for a short break or holiday.
Located approximately 1 mile from the beach we cater for touring caravans and have static caravan holiday homes for hire. The site also has static caravan homes that may be purchased and sited permanently.
The 2 historical listed monuments on the park celebrate the parks historical link to the brick making industry in Lincolnshire. Our lake and wooded area add to the abundance of fish and fowl to enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere.

The nearest railway station, but with a very limited service, is Skegness some 14 miles away. An accessible taxi can be booked in advance, see contact sheet for details.
The No 9 bus runs from Skegness to Mablethorpe approximately every hour, and the No 7 and 7A from Alford to Mablethorpe. Unfortunately there is no direct bus route to the site with the nearest sheltered bus stop being ½ mile from the site entrance.
The main road, A111 (Alford Road) outside the site is a typical country A class road and does not have a footpath or lighting.
Car parking and Arrival
The park Reception has a tarmac car park for up to 4 cars immediately outside its entrance.
Once registered at reception guests can access the park via a gate operated using an electronic fob which will be issued by reception staff.

The floor surface is short pile carpet with the area being even and well light from overhead

Touring Facilities
We have 8 pitches for touring caravans which are all on level grass. There are a number of concrete caravan pitches which are used from time to time for touring vans.
Assistance with pitching is possible, subject to staff availability
Parking on the grass next to your caravan is permitted
There are water points, chemical toilet disposal points, dust bin areas, recycling points and fire points on the park which are generally no further than 100m away from any pitch
Pitches are allocated on booking and staff are happy to advise which pitches are suitable for your requirements
Toilet and Washing Facilities
There is a centralised ablution facility for use by our touring site customers which houses male and female facilities. There is level access into these facilities and these remain open when touring pitches are booked.
All spaces are well lit with fluorescent overhead lighting
Caravan Holiday Homes
We have 2 caravan holiday homes for hire (self catering), these have level macadam parking areas beside each pitch and are within 100m of all central facilities.
Food and Drink Facilities
There are no food and drink facilities on this Park, but customers are welcome to use the bar and restaurant at Trusthorpe Springs and Sutton Springs
Launderette
There is level access into the launderette which is located in the centralised facility
There is one front loading washing machine and one front loading tumble dryer which are stacked
The floor is concrete and the area is well lit with fluorescent overhead tubes.
Grounds and Garden
The park is large and spacious with a lake for fishing. There is a small wooded area which contains two small ponds.
There is a children’s play area
The surface of the play area is wood bark
There are a number of benches and seating located around the park
All facilities are clearly signposted using Arial font large black letters on a white background and pictograms
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available across the park; please ask at reception for the log on details
