Why not come and stay in one of our fantastic modern holiday caravans that give you that superb home from home holiday experience which all the family will enjoy. With a choice of modern 2, 3 or 4 bedroom spacious double-glazed and centrally heated static caravans our beautiful self-catering holiday homes are available for rental and include all those things you would need to ensure you can relax without having to bring everything from home including bedding, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer a TV with DVD player – so all you need to bring is yourselves and some towels.
We’re happy to accept well-behaved dogs in our holiday rentals (as long as they don’t stay on the furniture) and parking is available next to the caravan. At our Lakeside Springs Holiday Park we include access to our free superfast park Wi-Fi, our well stocked fishing lake and our outdoor heated swimming pool (during the opening period late May to Sept) on our sister park. Our superb fishing lake has a great selection of fish to while away the hours with carp, tench, rudd, bream and many more so no matter how experienced you’re bound to hook something.
With our small wooded area, there’s plenty of room for the kids to explore and learn about the local wildlife or use up that extra energy in our play area. It’s just a short hop to the seaside with acres of blue flag beach and Sutton on Sea.
With lots of up-to-date information about the local area and attractions in “Uncle Franks Information Cabin” we’re sure you’ll enjoy your time with us and want to return again and again or you may even find that perfect holiday home for you.
The warden is available from 8am to 5pm Thursday to Monday. Please call the number on the Park office if you need assistance or arrive on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
2026 Rental Rates
Holidays start at just £77 per night varying between low, mid and high season with weekdays less expensive than weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night). Click your preferred van below to be taken to it’s booking calendar for exact prices.
Prices include bedding, electricity, water and gas. Optional extras are as follows:

Key Terms & Conditions
- Holiday Rentals may be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
- 15% deposit required at the time of taking the booking
- Full payment due 2 weeks prior to the first day of your stay
- Pets must not be allowed on the beds or seating or be left alone at any time
- Refundable £10 cash deposit charged for barrier card on arrival
- No smoking permitted in the Holiday Rental
